Feed NDG’s mission is to connect surplus food, local businesses, volunteers, and community spaces to deliver nutritious meals with dignity, while creating uplifting shared experiences through live music and human connection.

The Need

Rising costs of living—including housing and food—have made it increasingly difficult for individuals and families in NDG to access consistent, nutritious meals.

Feed NDG responds to this need by creating reliable, daily access points for meals, removing barriers and restoring dignity to those experiencing food insecurity.

Program Model

Feed NDG will operate a high-efficiency, low-overhead meal service, delivering:

  • Minimum 100 meals per sitting
  • Lunch and dinner service
  • 7 days per week
  • Volunteer-supported operations

This results in a baseline capacity of:

  • 1,400 meals per week
  • 72,800 meals annually
